How to make keto eggless idlis:

  • Paneer 1 cup
  • Hung curd 1tsp
  • Oil 2 Tbsp
  • Water as required (very little, just to make the batter smooth)
  • Sugar Swap Instant Idli premix – 1/2 cup
  1. Mash the paneer
  2. Blend all the ingredients except water
  3. Add water as required to make a thick batter
  4. Grease idly mould, Spoon the batter into the idly mould
  5. Microwave for 2 minutes in 30sec bursts
    Please note EGGLESS version cannot be steamed

 

 

How to make keto egg idlis:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Sugar Swap Instant Idli premix -1/2 cup
  • Water as required to make a batter
  • diced mixed vegetables (optional)
  1. Mix everything in a bowl
  2. Add diced mixed vegetables to the batter.
  3. Pour the batter into idli moulds / bowls.
  4. Microwave / steam for 3 minutes
