How to make keto eggless idlis:
- Paneer 1 cup
- Hung curd 1tsp
- Oil 2 Tbsp
- Water as required (very little, just to make the batter smooth)
- Sugar Swap Instant Idli premix – 1/2 cup
- Mash the paneer
- Blend all the ingredients except water
- Add water as required to make a thick batter
- Grease idly mould, Spoon the batter into the idly mould
- Microwave for 2 minutes in 30sec bursts
Please note EGGLESS version cannot be steamed
How to make keto egg idlis:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil
- Sugar Swap Instant Idli premix -1/2 cup
- Water as required to make a batter
- diced mixed vegetables (optional)
- Mix everything in a bowl
- Add diced mixed vegetables to the batter.
- Pour the batter into idli moulds / bowls.
- Microwave / steam for 3 minutes
